Our Story

Vision En Poder was born from a desire to create a space where BIPOC-led organizations and businesses could receive culturally responsive support to achieve their full potential. Founded by Hanncel Sanchez, a passionate advocate for social justice and equity, Vision En Poder builds on years of experience working within the nonprofit sector, particularly in supporting immigrant, LatinE, and underserved communities.

We know that BIPOC-led organizations often operate within systems that were not designed with them in mind. That’s why Vision En Poder’s approach is rooted in equity, with a focus on ensuring that each organization we work with has the tools, strategies, and support they need to thrive. We provide bilingual services in English and Spanish, creating a welcoming environment where language is never a barrier to accessing the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
